Pubblicata nell’aprile 1972, Starman è una canzone estratta dal quinto album in studio di David Bowie The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars (spesso indicato semplicemente come Ziggy Stardust).

Starman è uno dei brani contenuti nella colonna sonora del film 2015 con protagonista Matt Damon Sopravvissuto – The Martian.
