La trama del film Ibiza: Harper, Nikki e Leah sono tre amiche che abitano a New York. Harper ha un rapporto particolarmente complicato con il suo capo, una donna fredda e ostile, che però durante una riunione le propone il suo primo viaggio di lavoro: Harper deve andare a Barcellona e a Ibiza per concludere un affare che potrebbe far guadagnare all’azienda il prestigio internazionale. Allora Harper, entusiasta della sua nuova svolta lavorativa, parte per la Spagna, affiancata dalle amiche di sempre e assolutamente inconsapevole delle avventure e delle sorprese che l’attendono.
