The Playlist è una miniserie diretta da Per-Olav Sørensen. È ispirata al libro Spotify Untold scritto da Sven Carlsson e Jonas Leijonhufvud. The Playlist è disponibile su Netflix a partire dal 13 ottobre 2022.
La trama
Un aspirante imprenditore, Daniel Ek, trova un’opportunità nella battaglia tra i pezzi grossi dell’industria musicale e la pirateria musicale. Ek vede una soluzione, mai vista prima in un’industria musicale turbolenta. Decide quindi di creare un servizio di streaming musicale gratuito e legalizzato insieme al suo socio in affari, Martin Lorentzon . Non sapeva che quel servizio avrebbe “rivoluzionato” l’industria musicale globale e avrebbe affrontato sfide impreviste insieme alle sue basi.
